Hi Alan. That vintage is excellent but the trouble is, I’m not sure how reliable these estates were in the ’60s. Most of the lower growths from the ’60s that I’ve had (which is rather limited experience, I’m afraid) were on their last legs and if I were you, I’d choose a nice occasion and drink up that ’66. Decant for a short while (mainly to clear the sediment) and then drink. I bought my 1990 for SGD115, but I can’ imagine the 1966 going for more than, say, SGD175. Just a guess. Cheers.
